TGOOD New Energy (TELD) is a Chinese company engaged in the manufacture and sale of BEV chargers, the construction and operation of charging infrastructure, and big data services related to charging. According to TELD’s PR materials released in December 2021, the company has installed approximately 368,000 charging terminals in 350 cities in China and its cumulative charging amount was about 10.27 billion kWh. The company’s daily charging amount was about 13 million kWh. TELD's market share in terms of charging amount is over 40% in China.

・Sep. 2014: Predecessor Qingdao TGOOD Automobile Charging Co., Ltd. was established. ・Feb. 2015: Established a joint venture Hefei Gotion TELD with Gotion Hi- Tech (also called Guoxuan Hi-Tech) to provide design, construction and management of charging infrastructure. ・May 2015: Renamed to Qingdao TGOOD New Energy. ・Aug. 2015: Established Qingdao Smart Charging Engineering Technology Research Center. ・Mar. 2016: Established a joint venture Chongqing Changan TELD New Energy with Changan Automobile to provide charging network construction and management. ・Jun. 2016: Began charging infrastructure construction for new-energy vehicles in Anqing city, Anhui province. ・Sep. 2017: Concluded an agreement with Star Charge, Potevio and EV Power to jointly build BMW Group’s charging network. ・Dec. 2018: Signed a strategic partnership agreement with CATL and Geely Automobile to build a charging system that emphasizes battery safety. ・Jan. 2019: Renamed to TGOOD New Energy. ・Nov. 2019: Established a joint venture Hunan Longxiang TELD New Energy with Longxiang Group and Hunan Youche to build and manage a charging network in Hunan province. ・May 2020: Signed a partnership agreement with Huawei to cooperate in various areas including smart charging, cloud business and charging network development.
