Vietnam: Hanoi Relaxes ICE Motorcycle Ban; VinFast Drives EV Sales Expansion

The 2025 motorcycle sales of the five member manufacturers of the Vietnam Association of Motorcycle Manufacturers (VAMM) in Vietnam fell by 1.5% year-on-year to 2.62 million units, dropping below the previous year's level. However, when adding the sales of VinFast, the largest non-VAMM manufacturer, total motorcycle sales rose by 10.9% year-on-year to 3.02 million units.
