In 2025, automobile production in Thailand totaled 1.46 million units, a 0.8% decrease from the previous year. This was primarily driven by a 5.2% decline in production for export, which fell to 956,000 units. Meanwhile, production for the domestic market grew by 8.6% to 499,000 units, helping to curb the overall decline.
