Hyundai Motor Plans to Release 13 New and Derived Models in India Until 2030

Hyundai Motor India, the Indian subsidiary of the South Korean automobile manufacturer Hyundai Motor Company, held an investor event called “CEO Investor Day” in October 2025, one year after its listing on the stock market. In response to the expanding Indian market, the company revealed plans to introduce seven new models (13 including derivative models) equipped with “Eco-Friendly Powertrains” such as HEVs, BEVs, and CNG vehicles over the next five years. Additionally, to facilitate the production of these new models, the company launched operations at its new Talegaon Plant (formerly a GM factory) with an annual production capacity of 170,000 units in October 2025 and announced to expand this capacity to 250,000 units by 2028.
