Thailand’s Automobile Market in 2025

In 2025, Thailand’s automobile sales recovered to 621,000 units (up 8.5% year-on-year). Growth was driven by government BEV subsidies and excise tax incentives for HEVs. Conversely, the one-ton pickup truck segment—a national staple—continued to decline due to persistent loan tightening.
