ASEAN’s Motorcycle Market in the First Half of 2024

Motorcycle sales in ASEAN’s five major motorcycle markets (Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand, Philippines and Malaysia) in the first half of 2024 decreased by 2.7% year-on-year to 6,358,132 units. The Philippines' performance exceeded that of the same period last year, but the other four countries showed negative results. In particular, Thailand and Malaysia saw a decline of more than 10% compared to the same period last year.
