2024 Vehicle Sales of China

According to the China Association of Automobile Manufacturers (CAAM), China's factory shipments (domestic sales and exports excluding imports) of automobiles in 2024 increased by 4.5% from the previous year to 31,436,193 units. Although the growth rate slowed down compared to the previous year, sales exceeded 30 million units for the second consecutive year. Domestic factory shipments of passenger vehicles inched up 3.1% while exports rose 19.7%. Commercial vehicle exports grew double digits as well, up 17.5%.
